What moves the price

• The method. Crack injection is a short interior job. Interior drainage opens the floor and adds a pump. Exterior waterproofing means excavation, membrane, drainage board, and new weeping tile. That order is also the usual order of cost.
• How much wall. Perimeter systems are priced by the length of wall treated. A semi with one exposed side is a smaller job than a detached house with three.

A useful quote names the walls, the method, the materials, whether a pump is included, what surface restoration is excluded, and the warranty.
